The people in this town know what my pet peeves are, and they know exactly how to push me over the edge.
So I have this pet peeve. When people die, it’s okay to pay your respects. IT IS NOT OKAY TO SAY, “Hay! Your dad and I were great friends. I hope he’s cool and all up in heaven.” First off, if you KNOW the person’s family member or whatever is Atheist, DON’T FUCKING PUT YOUR EMPHASIS ON HEAVEN.
Secondly, if you had never even met the person, saying you were best friends is NOT paying respect.
I will love you until you realize that you can’t live without me. I will take care of you until you realize that I’m the one you really need. I will love you more even if you make me cry, because after, you’re still the reason why I smile. And even though I cry these tears at night, I still wish that one day you’ll change your mind and you’ll love me the way I did. Because I will be waiting for that day to come.
“It’s no wonder kids are growing up more cynical; they have a lot of information in front of them. They can see that they’re living in a world that’s made of bullshit. In the past, there was always the idea that you could turn and run and start something better. But now America has become one big shopping mall, and because of the Internet and all of the technology we have, there’s nowhere to run.”—Marilyn Manson (via marilynxmanson)
